Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and folier (the “Service”). By creating an account, uploading content, or otherwise using folier.art you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
• You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (see Acceptable Content and Enforcement).

Your content

You retain all rights to the artwork, text, and images you upload (“Your Content”). By posting Your Content to the Service you grant folier a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it for the limited purpose of operating and promoting the Service (for example, showing your work in galleries, search results, and on your tenant site).

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content and that publishing it on the Service does not infringe any third party's rights.

Acceptable Content

folier is a platform for original artwork. The following content is prohibited:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content. This includes images, illustrations, AI-generated imagery, or text whose primary purpose is sexual gratification, as well as nudity presented in a pornographic context. Tasteful artistic nudity in a clearly non-pornographic, fine-art context is allowed; if you are unsure, do not post it.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content that sexualizes minors in any form, real or depicted. We report this content to the appropriate authorities.
• Content that depicts or promotes real-world violence, self-harm, terrorism, or the abuse of people or animals.
• Content that harasses, threatens, or incites hatred against people based on protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.).
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or privacy.
• Malware, phishing attempts, or content that interferes with the operation of the Service.

These rules apply to everything you publish on the Service: artwork images, titles, descriptions, blog posts, profile bios, and links to off-platform content.

Enforcement

If we determine that content on your account violates these Terms, your account and all artwork on it will be deleted without refund.

We may review content reported to us or detected by automated means. Any active subscription will be terminated as part of account deletion, and no pro-rated refund of subscription fees will be issued. This applies whether the violating content was uploaded by you or by anyone using your account.

If you believe your account or content was actioned in error, contact us at support@folier.art with the email address that was on the account and a brief description of the dispute. We aim to respond within a reasonable time but make no guarantee of reinstatement.

Subscriptions

• Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated in the Service or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, folier is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to where folier operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.
